Billing Frequency for Metered Supply
For customers with a metered water supply, bills are typically issued monthly, calculated in arrears at the end of each month. The bill is based on meter readings taken or submitted before the 25th of the month.

Opt-in for Monthly Billing
If you're currently receiving two bills per year (every six months), you can opt for monthly billing in arrears instead. Many customers prefer this option as it provides greater control and flexibility over their payments.
