We recommend submitting monthly meter readings to help keep your bills up to date so that you only pay for the water used.
Visit the Meters page on the Customer Portal
Visit the Meters page on the Customer Portal. You will be prompted to log in and then redirected to the page.
Navigate to the Meters Menu
Alternatively, once logged in to the Customer Portal click the Meters menu in the navigation panel on the left of the Customer Portal (pictured below, outlined in red).
From the dropdown, click View my meters.
Submit meter reading for a specific meter
All meters for this account are shown in a list.
For the meter you want to submit a meter reading, click the Submit Reading button (pictured below, outlined in red).
Complete the Meter Read Form
Complete the missing information in the Submit Meter Read form.
Enter the reading shown on your water meter in the Reading field.
Submit Meter Reading
Click Submit.

If you're having trouble logging into the portal, you can submit your meter reading to a Customer Service Advisor via webchat. We’re available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you contact us outside these hours, feel free to leave a message.
