How to Go Paperless


Switch on paperless billing for fast, reliable, and eco-friendly e-billing.

Log in to the Customer Portal

First log in to the Customer Portal

If you haven’t registered yet, you can create an account here.

Switch to Paperless Billing

You can switch to paperless billing from any page in the Customer Portal. Just click the Go Paperless button, which appears in the following places:

 

 

Choose Your Accounts

Clicking the Go Paperless button opens a pop-up window where you can:

 

Confirm Paperless Billing

To confirm that paperless billing is active:

  1. In the left-hand navigation, click My Account
  2. Select Account Details
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the Account Information
  4. A ticked Go Paperless box confirms that paperless billing is switched on
